What you need to do
Clearing out is simpler than it sounds. Here is what to do to sell your old items to us.
Step 1
Pack your box with care
First check that we can take what you have. Then get it ready for the journey.
Put the heaviest pieces at the bottom of the box, and wrap anything that could be damaged in bubble wrap or newspaper.
Step 2
Send it
Our parcel cover protects your box on its way to us, up to £300. Stick the Parcelforce label from your pack on your box and send it to us, following the instructions on the label.
Step 3
Wait for your offer
When your box arrives, our valuers go through what is in it. Our team then makes you one offer for everything, within seven days of arrival.
You can say yes, say no, or take your time: we hold your offer for 14 days, and if you need longer, just ask.

All sizes
Any box will do
Reuse a sturdy box, such as one from a delivery, a wine case or a shoe box. It needs to hold your items safely, and it must be within the carrier's size and weight limits.
Protected on its way to us
Our parcel cover, up to £300, on evidence of what was in the box.
One offer for the whole box
We value everything in it and make one offer for the lot.
Carefully valued
We carefully value each box and pay a fair price for it.
Free postage both ways
A free postage label to us, and free postage back if you decline.
