What is in your pack

Your pack comes by post in an envelope. It has a letter with your free Parcelforce postage label printed on it, and a printed guide to packing. You use a box of your own. Any sturdy box will do, packed so that nothing moves.

Step by step

What happens next

  1. Step 1: We post you your pack

    Your pack comes by post. Postage is free.

  2. Step 2: Box it up, post it free

    Place your vintage treasures and antiques in a sturdy box. Attach the prepaid postage label and follow the simple instructions to send us your box.

  3. Step 3: Get one offer

    We'll carefully assess everything in your box and make you one offer within 7 days. We hold your offer for 14 days. Your offer tells you the date. If you need longer, just ask.

  4. Step 4: We pay you

    Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details. You can choose a bank transfer or a cheque.
