What we look for in silver
Is my silver hallmarked?
Look for a small stamped mark on the underside or the back of a piece. A lion passant, a town mark or a date letter helps us a great deal, and silver plate is often marked EPNS or A1. Clear marks and age both matter, and small unusual pieces such as pincushions and novelty gifts are worth sending too.

Can I send just one item?
We only buy boxes containing several items, but if you have just one item you would like us to value, please call us free on 0800 048 8777 first. We will do our best to help.

No problem. There is no obligation to accept and we will return your items free of charge.
