Is it free to send my items?
Yes. Postage to us is free, and it costs nothing to ask for your pack. Your box is protected on its way to us by our parcel cover, up to £300.
How can I send my box?
We post you a free pack with a Parcelforce label. Pack a box of your own, stick the label on it and send it to us, following the instructions on the label. Please photograph the label and keep your proof of postage, because the tracking number is under the barcode.
What if I do not like the offer?
You owe us nothing, and you can say no. If you do, we send all of your items back to you free. Nothing is decided until you say yes.
My item is not on your list. Can I still send it?

How will I get my offer?
We send you your offer in writing once your items have been valued. It is one offer for the whole box, and you can say yes or say no. If you have a question about it, call or WhatsApp us on 0800 048 8777. You can also email us at hello@vintiqi.com.

Can you collect my parcel?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a collection. You can also use the free Parcelforce postage label in your pack and follow the instructions on it. Using that label costs you nothing.
What if my items are broken or lost on the way?
We deal with the claim for you. Your box is protected by our parcel cover on its way to us, up to £300, based on your evidence of what was in it. To make a claim, email hello@vintiqi.com with "Claim" at the top.
Can you give me a quote first?
No. What a piece is worth depends on its quality, condition, age and demand, and we need to see it. Once your box arrives, we look at everything and make you one offer for the whole box, within seven days.

Can I send photos of my items before I post them?
Yes. Email them to hello@vintiqi.com, or WhatsApp them to us on 0800 048 8777, and we will tell you whether the items are ones we can take. We cannot give you a value from photos, because a piece has to be seen to be valued properly.
How many items should I send?
Send as many as you can: we make one offer for the whole box, so the more you add, the more we have to value. Ten or more items suit it best, and different kinds can all go in together. If you want to send just one item, please call us free on 0800 048 8777 first, because we mainly buy boxes of several items.
