How it works

  1. Step 1: Ask for your free pack

    Your pack has a letter with your prepaid postage label printed on it, and a printed guide to packing.

  2. Step 2: Fill it

    Put in the items you no longer want. Broken and tangled pieces are welcome.

  3. Step 3: Post it, free

    Stick the Parcelforce label from your pack on your box and send it to us, following the instructions on the label.

  4. Step 4: Wait for your offer

    Your offer comes within seven days of arrival. Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details.
