Binoculars we buy
We take vintage binoculars in any condition.
Binoculars were made in many sizes, from small opera glasses to field and marine pairs. We look at the maker's name, the lenses and the case or strap. Pairs that no longer focus smoothly, or that have a little dust inside, are still worth sending. Keep each pair in its own case if you have one, and wrap any without a case in a soft cloth, because the glass is the part that needs protecting. One box can hold several pairs along with other vintage items.

Is it free to send my binoculars?
Yes. Postage to us is free, and it costs nothing to ask for your pack. Your box of binoculars is protected on its way to us by our parcel cover, up to £300.
Can I send just one item?
If you want to send one item, please call us free on 0800 048 8777 first, because we mainly buy boxes of several items.
What if I do not like the offer for my binoculars?
You owe us nothing, and you can say no. If you do, we send all of your items back to you free. Nothing is decided until you say yes.

Step 1: Ask for your free pack
Your pack has a postage label, a printed guide to packing, and a slip to put inside your box.
Step 2: Fill it
Put in the items you no longer want. Broken and tangled pieces are welcome.
Step 3: Post it, free
Stick the Parcelforce label from your pack on your box and send it to us, following the instructions on the label.
Step 4: Wait for your offer
We value everything in the box and make one offer within seven days of arrival. Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details.
