Step by step

What happens to your box

Six steps, from your free pack to your payment.

Step 1: Ask for your free pack
We post you a free pack. It has a letter with your prepaid postage label printed on it, and a printed guide to packing.
Step 2: Box it up
Place your vintage treasures and antiques in a sturdy box. Making sure everything is securely packed and ready for its journey to us.
Step 3: Post it free
Attach the prepaid postage label and follow the simple instructions to send us your box. Your box is protected on its way to us by our parcel cover, up to £300.
Step 4: Get one offer
We'll carefully assess everything in your box and make you one offer within 7 days.
Step 5: You decide
Say yes, say no or take your time. We hold your offer for 14 days. Your offer tells you the date.
Step 6: We pay you
Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details. You can choose a bank transfer or a cheque.
