Free postage and parcel cover

Your box is covered up to £300 from the moment you post it, on its way to us. You do not need to do anything to ask for it.

Once it has reached us and been scanned in, it is covered up to £1,000 while it is with us. On its way back to you, it is covered up to £300. If your items are worth more, ask us in writing before you post, and if we agree in writing we can cover them for more, up to £10,000.

This is compensation from us. It is not insurance. Our parcel cover has the detail.

If your box is lost or damaged on its way to us, or on its way back, gather all the evidence you can. Then email us at hello@vintiqi.com with "Claim" at the top. Please give us the tracking number, your proof of postage, what was in the box, and your contact details. We aim to acknowledge your claim within one working day.

You must make a claim within 30 days of your box being returned to you. If your box never reached us, you must make a claim within 28 days of the day you posted it. If your items were damaged or went missing, you must make a claim within 28 days of the day you posted them to us, or we sent them back to you.

We start tracing a box that has not been delivered five working days after the carrier first scans it. After ten working days, we treat it as lost and open a claim.
