Post your old iPhones to us with our free postage label, along with the charger and the original packaging if you can. Prices vary with the age and condition of a device, and the best offers are for devices in great condition. Devices should be unlocked, with their data wiped, before you post. Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details.

Selling old iPhones to us
Is it free to send my old iPhones?
Yes, postage is completely free and your box of old iPhones is covered up to £300 on its way to us.
Can I send just one item?
We only buy boxes containing several items, but if you have just one item you would like us to value, please call us free on 0800 048 8777 first. We will do our best to help.
What if I do not like the offer for my old iPhones?
No problem. There is no obligation to accept and we will return your items free of charge.

Your pack has a postage label, a printed guide to packing, and a slip to put inside your box.
Step 2: Fill it
Put in the items you no longer want. Broken and tangled pieces are welcome.
Step 3: Post it, free
Stick the Parcelforce label from your pack on your box and send it to us, following the instructions on the label.
Step 4: Wait for your offer
We value everything in the box and make one offer within seven days of arrival. Say yes on a working day and we send your payment the same day, once we have your details.
